Xiangliu (相柳 Sōryū, Pinyin: Xiāngliǔ) is the Crimson Lord contracted to Liu Yang.
Appearance[]
Her Divine Vessel assumed the form of a magnificently crafted Guandao[† 2], a type of Chinese pole weapon, called "Yuyuan". It featured a large blade attached to the end of a long shaft. It was designed for two-handed use and was slightly shorter than a spear.[1]

She speaks with an elegant voice.[1]
Background[]
Xiangliu made a contract with Liu Yang after the battle of God-Slaying, but before the Middle Ages.[2] Two years before the main story started, she and Liu Yang, along with Dede, were in Central Asia to scout the Tian Shan mountain range for Bal Masqué's presence and activity. While waiting for Dede to meet up with him at Guyaku, one of the strategic Outlaws in Central Asia, they were told by Nam to wait longer. However, Liu Yang refused and went searching for him.
Later, they found out about Dede's death and then rushed to find Sabrac and Mare. Mare, who sensed their enemy coming, told Sabrac to do nothing while she went to stop the Flame Haze with her Unrestricted Spell. But Mare's power, the Gemeinde, was no match for the veteran Flame Haze. Through Xiangliu's power, Liu Yang was able to realize that he was trapped within an illusion, but before he was able to break out and killed Mare, Sabrac intervened. After an intense fight that lasted about thirty minutes, Liu Yang was killed. After she had lost her contractor, Xiangliu returned to the Crimson Realm.
Plot[]
She later came to Xanadu and helps reorganizing Outlaw alongside other Crimson Lords who also had lost their Flame Haze; their faction is now called the Orderists (秩序派 Chitsujo-ha).
