Super Misaki (スーパーミサキ Sūpā Misaki) (named in the manga only) is a supermarket in Misaki City. It is on Yūji's way home from Misaki Municipal High School after passing the Misaki Bridge. Super Misaki has a shelf called the "melonpan corner", however some of their melonpan had melon flavoring.

On the way to Yūji's house from school, Shana went inside Super Misaki to buy snacks. While inside, Alastor explained how the "Weaver of Coffins" had used City Devourer in the past and the need to stop Friagne.

- In the manga, one of the snacks in Super Misaki was called "Cafy", biscuit sticks which resembled the real-life Pocky.
