Shii Kiya (木谷椎 Kiya Shī) is a Japanese illustrator and mangaka best known for his work as the illustrator of the manga Shakugan no Shana X Eternal song: Harukanaru Uta. He sometimes stylizes his name as "Kyashī" (きゃしぃ),[1] which would be how the names "Cassie" and "Cathy" would be pronounced in Japanese. He lives in Osaka.[1]
