Summary[]

Shana confronting Margery.
On the roof of the now restored Misaki Atrium Arch, Shana was with Yūji and Lamies. Shana had been surprised that Yūji hadn't tried to stop her from killing Margery, but she had used the back of her blade to strike her. Margery awakened to the group's laughter. She was wrapped in a cloth and was still in pain from a wound in her side. Marchosias was next to her, and greeted her. Shana approached Margery, who wondered why Shana hadn't killed her. Shana responded that it was because of her duty as a Flame Haze, which was accomplished now that Margery was too hurt to go after Lamies. Margery stated that she didn't like Shana due to her always talking about her mission, like a Crimson Lord. Shana said she didn't like Margery either, as their fight yesterday was the first time she had suffered so much. Yūji laughed at Shana and they began to argue. Margery watched this interaction and felt upset by it.

Margery refusing to give up on finding the Silver.
Lamies approached Margery. He didn't plan on doing anything to her and revealed that Marchosias had threatened to manifest himself again and kill them all if they had touched her. Marchosias stated that he didn't care about the world's balance and would consume all the Power of Existence in the area and kill them all, which made Margery extremely grateful. Lamies had stayed out of kindness to Margery and revealed that he had seen a glimpse of her past from a spark of her flames he had collected on his walking stick. He told Margery not to chase the armor, "the Silver". He said that chasing and searching for it was useless, as it just appears. Margery was angered, as she didn't want to give up on her revenge and hatred, which meant everything to her. Lamies rephrased that she would meet it when the time comes. Alastor also asked about the Silver, but Lamies remained silent.
Lamies thanked Shana for her efforts and said she was a great Flame Haze. Yūji apologized due to Lamies having had to use some of his gathered Power of Existence to restore the city, but Lamies didn't mind, as he had time to fulfill his wish now, instead of simply being killed by Margery. Yūji asked how long it had taken him to gather that amount of Power of Existence, but Lamies didn't say. Lamies gave Yūji some advice; if he ever became uncertain of the future, he should embrace and kiss Shana, then he would understand everything. Lamies walked away laughing, leaving Yūji flustered and Shana confused. Finally, Lamies bid farewell to his old friend Alastor, and said they would meet again at the Crossroads of Destiny. Alastor wished for Lamies' desire to come true, and called him by the name "Spiral Organ", which surprised Shana and Margery. As Lamies dissipated away, they all caught a glimpse of a young girl. Shana told Yūji that "Spiral Organ" was the greatest Unrestricted Spell Master, who had created many spells such as the Fūzetsu. Alastor explained that Lamies and "Corpse Retriever" were just names she used to wander the world. Yūji thought about how someone as amazing as her had been roaming around for centuries as Lamies, gathering Torches, just to restore one thing. Alastor said that just like humans, Crimson Denizens all had different things that were precious to them.

Shana and Alastor agreeing on the simplicity of their mission.
Alastor acknowledged to Margery that many Flame Haze formed contracts to get revenge and that Lords used their emotions to protect the world's balance. He said that if her actions deviated from the Flame Haze mission, he and Shana would stop her. He stated that it should have been Marchosias who stopped her from stepping out of line. They weren't going to judge or persuade Margery, but Shana would stop her if she stepped out of line again. Yūji laughed again at how simple their mission was that everything was settled with just a warning, and Shana and Alastor agreed. Margery watched them as they left laughing.

Margery seeing the boys still searching for her.
That night, a dejected Margery was still near the Atrium, flying around on the Grimoire and singing. She was touched when she saw Satō and Tanaka below, still searching for her.

Satō and Tanaka overjoyed.
A dispirited Satō and Tanaka returned to Satō's house. They entered the pitch-black bar and were surprised when Marchosias greeted them. Margery was lying on the floor, asleep and drunk. Satō and Tanaka were teary with happiness.
