Reigun (隷群, Army of Servants) was the inherent Unrestricted Spell of "Leader of Spirits",[2] the Flame Haze of "President of Reptiles" Valac. It was the power to control and make familiars out of living creatures such as insects,[3] especially moths,[4] and small animals.[5][2] A great number of these familiars could be turned into a torrent of power which could be freely controlled. Familiars could be used to pass messages, for surveillance, and for making measurements, via the familiar's own eyes and ears.[5]

In battle, the user could wrap themselves inside a torrent of familiars and fly like a cannonball.
Past "Leaders of Spirits" who mastered the Unrestricted Spell could create gigantic tornadoes using a vast number of Reigun familiars,[5] but Yurii's lack of competency meant he could only create a crude torrent big enough to cover himself. Unlike him, past "Leader of Spirits" were able to expand spider's webs, be it inside or outside Fūzetsu, to mobilize a vast number of small creatures to them.[6]
In the Battle of New York, Yurii was able to collect moths gathered to street lights to create a powerful attacking method which was also capable of flight.[2] Valac mentioned that Yurii Chvojka could only use this ability for a limited time, although that's probably due to his lack of experience and he also only managed to gather and use the familiars nearby.
