Paimon (パイモン) was a Crimson Lord and a member of Bal Masqué with the true name, "Moaning Chain Links" (呻の連環 Shin no Renkan).
Appearance[]
Paimon is a man who is dressed like an Arabian noble and is usually seen riding a camel. He has a dark complexion and neck-length straight, brown hair. He wears a purple vest with patterns over a light blue shirt. He wears a small, turban-like hat with a purple jewel attached to the front. Connected to this is a white feather.
Paimon wears a small, purple jewel on his forehead and purple markings under his eyes. In the anime, he doesn't ride a camel.
Personality[]
Paimon is overwhelmingly confident during battle to the point of laughing out loud. In the novel, he is described as a calm commander, but after Decarabia's death and the declaration of Xanadu's creation, he loses his composure and aggressively attacks enemies, which ultimately costs him his army and his own life.

Battle of Seireiden Arc[]
On Decarabia's orders, Paimon leads an army to attack the fortress that the Flame Haze had retreated to. Khamsin breaks through the fortress using Rubble Giant and tries to flatten Paimon with his hand, but he dodges. He proceeds to attack Khamsin with his arrows, but they are blocked by Rebecca and the explosions send him flying. While he is on the floor, Khamsin steps on him and kills him.[1] In the novel, he is blasted and killed by Rebecca.

Powers and Abilities[]
Paimon is capable of quick, split-second movements, which caused him to be able to dodge Khamsin's attack.[1] Paimon attacks by using a bow and arrow created from his own Power of Existence. When he shoots, multiple arrows are released.[1]
Unrestricted Spells[]
King's Accompaniments (王の供連 Ō no Tomozure): Paimon possesses many sets of clothes, for both males and females, which he spreads around him. He can shoot weapons from their sleeves or shift his position to these clothes in an instant, resulting in almost simultaneous attacks from many directions.
