Nachtigall (小夜啼鳥 Nahatigaru , Japanese and German for "Nightingale") refers to the Treasure Tool comprising the genius Unrestricted Spell Master Leanan-sidhe and the birdcage that held and controlled her.[1][2]
Background[]
Its function was to sing the Unrestricted Spell that was desired by the owner. In exchange for a vast amount of Power of Existence, it could weave any Unrestricted Spell.[1]
The struggle over possession of Nachtigall lead to the outbreak of the Great War.[1] This Treasure Tool played an instrumental role in Asiz's Grand Scheme. During the final battle between the Flame Haze and Töten Glocke, Leanan-sidhe was able to break free from her imprisonment, thus rendering Nachtigall useless.
