Mika (美香 Mika)[1] is a character in the Shakugan no Shana manga series. She is a little girl who lives in Misaki City with her mother.
Appearance[]
Mika is a little girl with short, dark hair. Her fringe covers her forehead and she wears her hair in two braided pigtails, tied up with ribbons. Mika wore a Japanese kindergarten uniform.

While walking with her mother, Mika found an exhausted Nina in an alleyway. Unaware that it was a Rinne, she took the plush toy with her. When Mika and her mother walk past Yūji Sakai, Nina reacted to him and slipped out of Mika's arms before transforming. Mika began crying and was shielded by her mother.[1] Mika and her mother were presumably unharmed after Shana destroyed Nina.
Etymology[]
- The name Mika means "beautiful" (美) (mi) and "fragrance, fragrant" (香) (ka).
