Kaze no Tenrin (風の転輪, Revolving Wheel of the Wind) was a unique Unrestricted Spell of "Colorful Wave" Pheles specializing in searching for a particular person or thing.
Kaze no Tenrin spreads around the world through contact with humans and Torches. When it reaches its target, it creates a puppet of Pheles which possesses part of her Aggregate Will. The puppet collects information and prepares the situation around it for the real Pheles to arrive. Lastly, while the puppet does that, it acts as a signpost for Pheles.[1][2]
Kaze no Tenrin is utilized by only using a small amount of Power of Existence and it uses the power of the person hosting it at that moment, allowing it to eternally revolve around the world until it finds its target.
