Fan Xun (笵勲 Hankun, Pinyin: Fàn Xūn) was the Chinese Flame Haze member of the Shanghai Outlaw headquarters, or the Guilunhui. Their title was "Subtle Breaker" (精微の解き手 Seibi no Tokite).
