Color Thieves (色盗人 Iro'nusubito ) is the group of Crimson Denizens in Xanadu that appeared in the short story Quiddity. They are led by a Crimson Lord hailed from the old world named Barometz.
Background[]
Their base of operation is a ghost town located in a wasteland in the Northeastern United States which Barometz christened it as "Eden" (桃源 Eden , lit., "Peach Spring")
The group is called "Color Thieves" because Barometz's Unrestricted Spell, Mars, places traps all over the world and steals away from both Flame Haze and Crimson Denizens their Power of Existence and part of their idiosyncrasy and transports them to Barometz. Stolen Power of Existence is not absorbed as usual but kept in preserved state to be taken root into Barometz or other Color Thieves members via another Spell Mysteria.
By doing this, their abilities to harness and utilize Power of Existence increase. This also cause them to bear multiple colors of flame, excluding their original ones.
Color Thieves is destroyed by Shana and Yūji Sakai. All members who refused to surrender are destroyed. Its only survivor is Barometz who surrendered after he is beaten by Shana's pseudo-manifestation of Alastor, and persuaded by Yūji.
