Castle of Madness

Castle of Madness (狂気の城 Kyōki no Shiro^?) is a group of Crimson Denizens in Xanadu. It is consisted of newcomers from Crimson Realm which, from Yuji Sakai's assessment, seems to have approximately the same sense of solidarity as Brother of the Maccabee. It is not revealed whether the group still exists or not.
